The Retail Store was a course project I completed for Technological Design. The concept was an outlet-style store located on its own property, complete with green space and an outdoor area. 

• Designed the store using SoftPlan, creating a detailed main floor plan and site map

• Applied knowledge of the Ontario Building Code to ensure that materials, dimensions, and layout met public-use standards

• Designed the interior to support smooth movement and functionality for both customers and staff, including spaces such as the manager’s office, staff area, and public restroom

• Planned a dedicated loading area with enough space for a truck to efficiently load and unload products

By considering crowd flow, accessibility, and the practical needs of a commercial space, I successfully completed the project and earned a final grade of 100% in Technological Design.
