This Luxury Residential Home was the culminating project for Technological Design. The goal was to explore how elevation changes and strategic vegetation could improve privacy and enhance the overall property.

• Created a detailed hand-drawn site plan that incorporated a variety of plant types, including alternating trees along the property edges to create natural privacy screens

• Developed interior cross sections and multiple exterior elevations to show both structure and aesthetics

• Produced floor plans in both presentation and working formats to demonstrate design intent and technical accuracy

• Built a physical model that highlighted the elevation changes, vegetation placement, sidewalks, and other site features

Throughout the process, I strengthened my hand-drawing abilities and gained practical experience building a model that used elevation to enhance recreational and aesthetic areas. I successfully completed the culminating project and earned a final grade of 100% in Technological Design.
